Lalatendu Mishra was invited to Coromandel Infotech from HCL Technologies in January 2012 to transform and lead the company on to the next wave in IT services.

Lalatendu has over 25 years of experience in the IT service industry; focusing on driving growth, spearheading new geographies and services. Prior to joining Coromandel Infotech, Lalatendu was in the Leadership Council at MahindraSatyam and HCL Technologies, where he was leading their MEA&I and E&U service delivery business respectively. In the past, he managed TCS' South West England and Southern African business from 1997 till 2003.

Lalatendu is an Electronics and Communication Engineer and completed his MAP program from WITS university. While he brings thought leadership in global IT service business model, he is also passionate about coaching and mentoring young talents.

Ananda Narayanan brings on board a rich experience spanning over 30+ years. His expertise in strategy and operations steers the organization in achieving its mission & vision.

He began his career with India Cements Limited, an USD 1 billion business conglomerate, and with his perseverance & elite capabilities, rose up to serve the group in various capacities. He was the chief architect for setting up a vast hybrid Wide Area Network for India Cements Limited across the country and was the chief architect for conceptualizing & developing "inDice" ERP, currently the number one Indian OEM ERP in the cement industry.

He is a gold medalist in his college, and a qualified Chartered Accountant & Cost Accountant. He is a member of the Expert Committee on Information Technology of the Madras Chamber of Commerce & Industry, India.

Raja Gopal is the head of Sales Support at Coromandel Infotech. He has over 30 years of IT experience and has held a variety of senior executive roles such as Global Business head and Global delivery head spanning Australia, USA, UK, France and Middle East.

With a vast experience in multi technology platforms (IBM, Unisys, Tandem , Oracle, Microsoft and SAP) and a strong domain experience , he was instrumental in driving the revenue growth of organizations in the BFSI vertical. Raja Gopal is a progressive leader with a unique blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen and people leadership.

Prior to joining Coromandel Infotech, Raja Gopal was the Vice President at Mahindra Satyam responsible for Middle East Insurance clients. Before his tenure at Mahindra Satyam, Raja Gopal spent several years as Vice President at Cambridge Solutions Limited (Xchanging) and Xansa India Limited.

Chalapathy Rao with 27+ years of experience in Banking sector is instrumental in architecting microfinance solutions for Government of India's most prestigious Financial Inclusion initiatives.

During his tenure in National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), he has handled various projects in microfinance area with national level institutions.

He is a Commerce & Law graduate and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from IGNOU.

Vijay Kumar, as the Joint Vice President and Head of EAS Practice, is responsible for managing the Enterprise Applications Services business globally. Vijay is an experienced IT consulting industry leader with 23+ years of experience working across leading companies with rich exposure to the global market.

Prior to joining Coromandel, Vijay worked with MphasiS where he was responsible for the Oracle E Business Practice and with HCL where he was responsible for the Siebel CRM Practice. Prior to joining HCL, Vijay worked on SAP with Maars Software and in the Sales and Marketing domain for Hoechst.

Vijay brings in rich experience in consulting, program and practice management and has also managed and delivered multiple Siebel CRM and ERP engagements with impeccable customer satisfaction record. He has worked with customers across multiple countries and varied domains. Vijay holds an MBA from the Bharathidasan University and has wide experience across multiple domains including Life Sciences, Telecom and Hi-tech.

Kedar Kavi has in total 22+ years of Professional experience in Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development and Pre Sales. He has been engaged at various levels across sphere of industries in the domains of Manufacturing, IT Services like ITO, ERP.

Prior to IT he has extensively worked with leading organizations in Process Control Automation and its Product Marketing. He has hands on experience in Business Process Re-engineering and expert knowledge on business processes of the industry domain / verticals like - Government for e-governance, Manufacturing – Batch and Process, BFSI, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Oil & Gas.

Kedar has 15 years of experience in large account management in building and delivering a sustained profitable growth by applying his skill sets in innovative relationship management coupled with sound domain and technical capabilities.

Kedar holds an MBA from Pune University and also a Graduate in Business Leadership Program from Harvard Publishing School which is a part of Harvard Business School.

Sam Falsafi is a 15 year veteran of the IT industry and an expert in the field of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Data collection integration into ERP systems, he has worked mainly with large and medium sized companies developing RFID strategies planning and implementing process improvements.

Sam has extensive experience in progressive end-to-end supply chain management, information technology management, business development and management consulting leadership for transformational business solutions. A frequent speaker on topics such as RFID and supply chain re-engineering, recurrently Sam is asked to share his expertise with news media outlets such as CNN and FOX News, highlighting the value of Automation technology within the rigorous environments such as the oil field.

He has led teams in the selling and delivery of more than 500 International Enterprise Solutions in the area of Technology Services such as Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) , Supply Chain & Material Management , RFID and Mobility Integrated into SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics for the Oil & Gas, Utilities, Construction, Mining, Petrochemicals, Industrial Manufacturing and Logistics.

Balachandran Sridharan (Sri) joined Coromandel Infotech in July, 2011 as its General Manager (Finance & Accounts). Sri brings over 20 years experience in multiple facets of Finance & Accounts including Costing, Audit, MIS and M&A.

Sri spent fifteen years in Hong Kong and has exposure to varied industries including Manufacturing, Trading, Publishing and Recruitment. 

Prior to joining Coromandel Infotech, Sri was the Regional Financial Controller for Ikon Solutions Limited, where he helped the founders start the business from scratch.  During his tenure at Ikon, he helped to successfully manage the company, build its extensive international operations in Asia and Middleast.

Previous to this, Sri held various positions as Management Accountant, Chief Accountant, Financial Controller and was on the board of various companies.  He was also involved in an end to end merger and acquisition deal of a $100 million company.

Sri holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and is also a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant from India.
